Product Description

UTiterFast® Adjuvant is a pH-neutral aqueous adjuvant (transparent liquid with a faint blue hue) whose primary component is a high-molecular-weight polymer with excellent sustained-release and immune stimulation properties. All excipients meet human-grade pharmaceutical standards, ensuring non-toxicity, non-immunogenicity, and superior biocompatibility. Compared to Freund’s adjuvant, UTiterFast® delivers stronger immune enhancement with significantly reduced toxicity — no fever, granulomas, or injection site ulceration.

Specifically designed for large animals (cattle, horses, pigs, alpacas, goats, sheep) and also compatible with mice. The aqueous formulation is gentle and non-irritating with excellent absorption — no swelling or ulceration — ensuring animals remain in optimal condition throughout the immunization cycle, significantly improving polyclonal antibody yield and quality.

Experimental Validation

Immunization experiments with various antigen types (VLPs, peptide haptens, subunit antigens) mixed with UTiterFast® showed mouse serum titers meeting or exceeding expected requirements:

In mouse models with Mycoplasma hyopneumoniae antigen, the UTiterFast® group rapidly induced significantly higher antibody titers than Freund’s adjuvant, with higher proportions of memory B cells, CD4+ and CD8+ central memory T cells:

Usage Guidelines

Immunization Schedule: Primary immunization on Day 0, booster on Day 14. If titers remain suboptimal by Day 21, administer an additional booster.

Antigen Dosage Recommendations:

Most protein antigens: 25–50 μg per dose
Immunogenic inactivated whole-virus/VLPs: 15–25 μg per dose
Small-molecule antigens conjugated to carriers: 50–80 μg per dose

Administration: Subcutaneous multi-point, intraperitoneal, or intramuscular injection. Intramuscular injection into the calf muscle of the hind leg is recommended.

Preparation: Dilute antigen to 2× target concentration with sterile saline/PBS. Mix 1:1 (v/v) with adjuvant under sterile conditions. Inject promptly.

Storage: 2–8°C. Do not freeze. Shelf life: 2 years.

Precautions

Precipitation after mixing with antigen is normal. Mix thoroughly before drawing into syringe; inject promptly.
Suitable for large animals (cattle, horses, pigs, alpacas, goats, sheep) and mice. For rabbits, use RTiterFast® Adjuvant.
Handle with care when opening to avoid injury from the aluminum cap.
