The Protein A ELISA Kit is designed for quantitative detection of recombinant and alkali-tolerant Protein A in biological samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich ELISA method, this kit ensures high specificity and sensitivity with a detection limit of 0.05 ng/mL. Compatible with humanized monoclonal antibody concentrations up to 2 mg/mL.

Procedure Summary

  1. Prepare standards, samples, and reagents per kit instructions.
  2. Add 100 μL standards/samples/controls to wells.
  3. Add 50 μL Denaturing Buffer, mix, incubate RT 10 min.
  4. Add 100 μL Biotinylated Antibody, incubate RT 1 hour.
  5. Wash plate 4× with diluted Wash Buffer.
  6. Add 100 μL Streptavidin-HRP, incubate 10 min.
  7. Wash 4×, add 100 μL TMB Substrate, incubate 10 min.
  8. Add 100 μL Stop Solution, read at 450 nm.
  • Ensure sample pH 7.0–7.4 for optimal performance.
  • Handle Stop Solution with caution (corrosive).
  • Store unused strips in resealable bag with desiccant.
