ATK00051

BSA ELISA Kit

Double-Antibody Sandwich ELISA | Sensitivity: 1 ng/mL | 96 Wells

Product Description

The BSA ELISA Kit is a high-sensitivity assay for quantitative detection of bovine serum albumin (BSA) in biological samples. This double-antibody sandwich ELISA employs monoclonal anti-BSA antibodies for both coating and detection. Reference standards are traceable to the US National Institute of Standards, enabling detection limits as low as 1 ng/mL.

Procedure Summary

  1. Prepare reagents and standards per instructions.
  2. Add 50 μL standards and samples in duplicate.
  3. Add 100 μL diluted HRP-conjugated antibody, incubate 20–24°C 1 hour.
  4. Wash 4× with diluted wash buffer, blot dry.
  5. Add 100 μL TMB substrate, incubate 20–24°C 10 min in the dark.
  6. Add 100 μL stop solution, mix gently 5 sec.
  7. Read absorbance at 450 nm.
  • Ensure all pipettes, tips, and containers are BSA-free.
  • Handle Stop Solution with caution (corrosive).
  • Store unused strips in resealable bag with desiccant at 4°C.
