cGMP ELISA Kit | High-Sensitivity Detection

ATK00050

cGMP ELISA Kit

Competitive ELISA | Sensitivity: 0.1 pmol/mL | IC50: ~10 pmol/mL

Product Description

cGMP is a cyclic nucleotide second messenger synthesized by guanylyl cyclase and degraded by phosphodiesterase, critical in cardiovascular function and sensory signaling. This kit uses a competitive ELISA method: HRP-conjugated cGMP competes with sample cGMP for binding to anti-cGMP monoclonal antibodies. Absorbance at 450 nm is inversely proportional to cGMP concentration.

Procedure Summary

  1. Prepare standard solutions, samples, and reagents per kit instructions.
  2. Add Neutralizing Buffer, HCl, standards, or samples to wells.
  3. Add cGMP-HRP conjugate and anti-cGMP antibody (excluding controls).
  4. Incubate at room temperature for 2 hours.
  5. Wash 4× with Assay Buffer, remove residual liquid.
  6. Add TMB Substrate, incubate 10 min.
  7. Add Stop Solution, read at 450 nm.
  • Bring all reagents to room temperature before use.
  • Use clean pipette tips to avoid cross-contamination.
