HRV 3C Protease | Recombinant, E. coli-expressed
Product Description
Rhinovirus 3C Protease, derived from human rhinovirus, specifically cleaves peptide bonds at the Gln-Gly site within the recognition sequence Leu-Glu-Val-Leu-Phe-Gln↓Gly-Pro (LEVLFQ↓GP). With high specificity and minimal nonspecific degradation, it is an efficient tool for removing fusion tags from recombinant proteins.
